Orders, Shipping & Delivery
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Orders will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date of order, in line with UK law. Delivery typically takes up to 7 working days from dispatch unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To cancel, notify Emerald Aquatics by email before the cancellation period expires. If you cancel after receiving the goods, you must return them promptly and take reasonable care of them. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless goods are faulty or sent in error. Returned goods remain the customer’s responsibility until received by Emerald Aquatics. We recommend using tracked delivery. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or confirmation of cancellation, using the original payment method.
Exclusions to the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to: Custom-made or personalised items, Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly, Sealed goods unsuitable for return once unsealed for hygiene reasons.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
